The minion cake was a combination of our scrumptious red velvet and succulent coconut madeira.
Both cakes were filled and crumb-coated with heavenly vanilla buttercream-white chocolate ganache. It was then covered with yellow-tinted sugarpaste. All decorations and attachment were handmade out of sugarpaste and santa's hat was decorated with pippings of chocolate ganache-buttercream.
