This was made from three layers of our delectably moist red velvet madeira to achieve the height. It was then filled and crumb-coated with rich almond flavoured buttercream. The pattern was then pipped in blue-tinted 50/50 white chocolate ganache, buttercream and was topped with chocolate coated fresh strawberries.
