Made this for my cousin for christmas. It was a combination of moist vanilla madeira and heavenly Belgian chocolate madeira.
It was filled and crumb-coated with creamy, luxurious white chocalate ganache-buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.
Rudolph, the snowman, santa and all other decorations were all hand-crafted from sugarpaste; making the entire cake all yummily edible.
