Made for my cousin's cousin (yes, lol) to celebrate her fiftieth birthday.
Top tier was red velvet and the buttom vanilla madeira. Both tiers were filled and crumb-coated with rich creamy vanilla buttercream-white chocolate ganache, before covering with sugarpaste.
All flowers were handmade and totally edible.
