Her doll cake was made from our ever-so-fluffy and moist red velvet madeira, while the base was malted vanilla milk cake.
Both cakes were filled and coated with our luxurious white chocolate ganache-vanilla buttercream, before covering with white sugarpaste.
The doll dress was decorated with sugar flowers and it's base embellished with pink sugar balls.

Her other cake in the shape of number '1', was made from our sumptuous vanilla and heavenly Belgian chocolate madeira; with a filling and crumb-coating of milk chocolate Ganache-buttercream. It was then covered with pink-tinted sugarpaste and an edible image of minnie mouse.
