Tamara's 1st Birthday Cakes

Baked with love for a little girl's 1st birthday, there was a combination of four flavours in all.
Her doll cake was made from our ever-so-fluffy and moist red velvet madeira, while the base was malted vanilla milk cake.


Both cakes were filled and coated with our luxurious white chocolate ganache-vanilla buttercream, before covering with white sugarpaste.
The doll dress was decorated with sugar flowers and it's base embellished with pink sugar balls.

Her other cake in the shape of number '1', was made from our sumptuous vanilla and heavenly Belgian chocolate madeira; with a filling and crumb-coating of milk chocolate Ganache-buttercream. It was then covered with pink-tinted sugarpaste and an edible image of minnie mouse.

Giovanni's 2nd Birthday Cake

This Tweety cake was made for a little boy to celebrate his 2nd birthday. It came in two flavours; our heavenly coconut madeira and malted vanilla milk cake.


Again, it was filled and crumb-coated with milk chocolate ganache-buttercream, before covering with blue-tinted sugarpaste.
Tweety was hand crafted from sugarpaste, as well as the other attachments.

Funlola's Christmas Cake

Made this for my cousin for christmas. It was a combination of moist vanilla madeira and heavenly Belgian chocolate madeira.


It was filled and crumb-coated with creamy, luxurious white chocalate ganache-buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.

Rudolph, the snowman, santa and all other decorations were all hand-crafted from sugarpaste; making the entire cake all yummily edible.

Our Christmas Cakes

The cakes featured here were made for us, our neighbour and child minder for christmas.
The minion cake was a combination of our  scrumptious red velvet and succulent coconut madeira.


Both cakes were filled and crumb-coated with heavenly vanilla buttercream-white chocolate ganache. It was then covered with yellow-tinted sugarpaste. All decorations and attachment were handmade out of sugarpaste and santa's hat was decorated with pippings of chocolate ganache-buttercream.

Abi & Josh's Engagement Cake

Made to celebrate this lovely couple's engagement.
Top tier was our heavenly coconut madeira, filled and crumb -coated with almond flavoured buttercream and covered with blue-tinted sugarpaste.


While the buttom tier was made from our delectable vanilla madeira. It was crumb-coated and filled with chocolate butter cream, then covered with pink-tinted sugarpaste.
Both tiers were decorated with cake lace and topped with an edible image of the couple.

50th Birthday Cake

Made for my cousin's cousin (yes, lol) to celebrate her fiftieth birthday.


Top tier was red velvet and the buttom vanilla madeira. Both tiers were filled and crumb-coated with rich creamy vanilla buttercream-white chocolate ganache, before covering with sugarpaste.
All flowers were handmade and totally edible.

Tutu's Baby Shower Cake

This was made for a dear siater's baby shower. Each was 3 layers of madeira so the height is achieved.
The top tier was our heavenly Belgian chocolate madeira, crumb-coated with 50/50 chocolate ganache-buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.
While the buttom tier was made from our ever-so-moist vanilla madeira. Crumb-coated with rich, creamy vanilla buttercream, it was then covered with sugarpaste.

Harvest 2015 Cakes

The cake featured was made for this year's adult harvest ceremony. Though we had two cakes, but will be featuring just the one as there doesn't seem to be a picture of the other one anywhere.


This was made from three layers of our delectably moist red velvet madeira to achieve the height. It was then filled and crumb-coated with rich almond flavoured buttercream. The pattern was then pipped in blue-tinted 50/50 white chocolate ganache, buttercream and was topped with chocolate coated fresh strawberries.

Chizaram's Birthday Cake

This was made for a little girl's first birthday. Baked to perfection from our moist and fluffy red velvet madeira.
It was filled and crumb-coated with rich, creamy vanilla buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.
All decorations are sugarpaste/ gumpaste products and totally edible.
