The top tier was made from our ever-so-fluffy and moist red velvet madeira, then filled and crumb coated with luxurious vanilla flavoured buttercream.
The buttom tier was half of our delectable vanilla madeira and half Belgian chocolate flavour. Both were filled and crumb coated with white chocolate ganache, before covering with blue tinted sugarpaste.
The decorations; cars, clouds coloured balls are all sugarpaste products and the "number 1" made from gumpaste.
His cupcakes were coconut, topped with a swirl of coconut-almond flavoured buttercream and edible pictures of the celebrant.
