Tomiwa's 3rd Birthday Cake

This cake was made to celebrate the 3rd birthday of an avid fan of Dora the Explorer.
Her cake was made from our deliciously moist vanilla madeira.

It was filled and crumb-coated with rich, creamy vanilla buttercream before covering with yellow tinted sugarpaste. The cake was then topped with an edible image of 'Dora' and a border of spring green buttercream piped around it. The decoration was finished off by adding a few sugar flowers; making the entire cake yummily edible.

Ore's 10th Birthday Cakes

This was made for my niece's 10th birthday, a two-in-one cake to represent her age.

The figure 1 was made from our moist and fluffy red velvet flavour. It was filled and crumb-coated with rich, creamy vanilla buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.

The 'zero' was our sumptuously moist coconut madeira. It was filled and crumb-coated with almond-coconut flavoured buttercream, before covering with sugarpaste.
Both cakes were then given a pink ribbon border and decorated with sugar flowers. The zero was also adorned with a picture or the celebrant and a little buttercream border.

As well as red velvet and coconut,  other flavours on offer can be found here.
