Tutu's Anniversary Cake

Featured today, is a blossom cake made for a sister to celebrate her third wedding anniversary.
It was  made from our delectably yummy cinnamon and almond-flavoured madeira. We filled with apricot jam and almond-flavoured buttercream; before crumb coating with buttercream. It was then covered with fondant.


The cake was decorated with fondant branches and flowers; and its border sealed with buttercream pippings. All of course yummily edible.
