The top layer was made from our ever so moist, sumptuous vanilla madeira and the buttom tier from our delectable red velvet madeira. Both were crumb-coated and filled with rich buttercream (the top tier also had some strawberry jam filling) and covered with fondant.
The decorative bow, flowers and strips were all crafted out of fondant; making everybit of the cake deliciously edible.
