Mrs Ebiti's 60th B'Day Cake

Today we feature a two-tier cake ordered by a client for her mum's 60th birthday surprise party.


The top layer was made from our ever so moist, sumptuous vanilla madeira and the buttom tier from our delectable red velvet madeira. Both were crumb-coated and filled with rich buttercream (the top tier also had some strawberry jam filling) and covered with fondant.



The decorative bow, flowers and strips were all crafted out of fondant; making everybit of the cake deliciously edible.

More From Our Cupcake Gallery

Ok, was asked to make some cupcakes for my son's nursery end of year party. Why not? It's what I like doing now, lol.


I decided to make two flavours; the ever-so-popular sumptuous red velvet and our delectable vanilla madeira.
The cupcakes were topped with pink and yellow tinted peaks of our rich and creamy vanilla buttercream.

You'll notice there's only one or two of the pink ones in the pictures, i actually forgot to take a picture of the pink tray, lol.
